My settlement room gives my clients and vendors access to information regarding the transaction. I will assign each party to the transaction a log in and password. Once in my site one will have the option to change their password. I control what privileges one has with the site. From the summary window there are many options that one can take advantage of such as:

Change his/her password.

Upload a document to the site and/or download a document from the site.

Fax a document into my site.

Post a message and send it out to the necessary parties.

Schedule an appointment.

Request information and much more.

Below is a sample of what your page will look like. Again the privileges may vary baed on how I have one set up.

On the summary page you can see the many

options available...starting from left to right. On

the top left hand side is the summary of the details

to the transaction, i.e. property address, city,

price, and so on. Directly beside this is one's options to:

post a message, upload a document,

edit user information and so forth. Directly below this

category is the documents that are available

for review and/or download. All messages will be

posted below this.
