There are 4 factors which determine the success and/or failure of a property selling in today’s market. One of the four is price. Eighty five percent of your marketing begins with pricing the property to sell. In our market locally only 38% of the properties listed are selling. It’s expected a property be at the very least “market value.” If you truly want to be in the 38% of the homes selling your price must be compelling.
